Once a quote has been confirmed and by the Client, Terms and Conditions accepted and payment has been held by our merchant services provider, the order must be considered non-refundable. Please see our Terms and Conditions for clarification. Refunds are not provided. Should the documents fail to meet the requirements of the municipality who is governing the project, Design HVAC Experts will exercise all means necessary to ensure compliance. With over 5,000 projects approved Design HVAC Experts is proud of our 100% success rate. Compliance is guaranteed. Should the Client feel that the documents are not desired or required after the payment has been authorized an account credit towards future design services will be offered only. No refunds or returns are provided. This account credit will be for the full quoted value less any tangible material or labour costs incurred through the processing. The account credit will not expire and can be redeemed at any time for any future service offered by Design HVAC Experts Inc.
We consider our services to be ‘paperless’. All documents delivered will be sent via email in PDF format or via facsimile. We encourage all our clients to consider the environment and make an effort to use virtual means of communicating or sending documents. Should you require any documents be printed and shipped via Canada Post – Express Post service there will be a $25.00 + tax CAD surcharge.
Should you return or ship any documents to Design HVAC Experts, for any reason, this must be considered the responsibility of the sender. To send any physical documents please ship to: Design HVAC Experts Inc., 1173-2720 Queensview Drive, Ottawa, ON, K2B 1A5, Canada. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your shipped item. Please remember that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
