HRAI – HEATING REFRIGERATION AIR CONDITIONING INSTITUTE OF CANADA
Founded in 1968, the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) is a non-profit national trade association of manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors in the Canadian heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) industries.
HRAI advocates a safe, responsible, and fair industry where indoor environment systems and refrigeration processes are designed, installed, and serviced by qualified professionals to ensure efficient and energy-conscious operation. The association’s activities are directly related to the needs and requests of its membership and include education and training programs, industry meetings, up-to-date industry information, technical support, government and industry advocacy, statistics, and trends, and a bi-annual national trade show.
Design Experts is proud that our membership with HRAI is approaching 20 years. We will continue to support HRAI’s efforts in producing qualified professionals through their training institute.
HVAC DC - HVAC DESIGNERS OF CANADA
HVAC Designers of Canada (HVAC-DC) is a national association representing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) designers across Canada. HVAC-DC works together with other building sector groups to stay abreast of industry changes, and supports its members in delivering quality, professional and energy efficient designs that bring comfort and value to HVAC systems for Canadian residential and small commercial buildings.
Design Experts is a proud supporter of HVAC-DC and have been instrumental in assisting in developing the association in conjunction with NRCan, Bowser Technical, Ecolighten and FM Residential Design & Consulting.
